Jordi Navarro
I’m Jordi Navarro, podiatrist and director of Clínica Navarro. I studied at the University of Barcelona, in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of Bellvitge Hospital, where I discovered my true calling: helping people improve their quality of life through foot health care.
After completing my studies in 2016, I began my professional career in Menorca. This was a key stage in building a solid foundation for a comprehensive approach to foot pathologies and developing care that is close, professional, and focused on each patient’s individual needs.
With the goal of continuing my professional growth, I moved to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, where I worked for four years as the lead podiatrist at NMC Royal Hospital, one of the region’s leading medical centers. My work focused on biomechanics, podiatric surgery, and general podiatry, treating patients from diverse cultures and clinical backgrounds.
Later, I was offered the challenge of creating and leading the new podiatry department at Al Raha Medical Center, also in Abu Dhabi, where I served as head of department for two years. This experience not only allowed me to refine my technical skills but also gain valuable expertise in clinical management and team leadership within hospital settings.
After six years in the Middle East, I decided to return to Menorca to create a very personal project: Clínica Navarro. A place where I could apply everything I’ve learned over the years, offering each patient care that is quality-driven, honest, and compassionate.

Hi! I’m Rosana, originally from Madrid and now a proud adopted resident of Menorca. After nearly two decades of international experience in Ireland and the United Arab Emirates, I’ve chosen to settle in Menorca to embark on this new personal and professional project.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve as General Manager for a well-known Spanish company; overseeing the entire business operation, coordinating, leading, and training teams, implementing growth strategies, and optimizing resources to ensure quality across all areas.
My most recent role in the aviation sector was particularly enriching and taught me the value of empathy, attention to detail, and personalized care.
This journey has provided me with a global perspective, solid skills in leadership and project management, and a strong ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures, while working with a high level of dedication, commitment, and excellence.
Now, I bring all this experience and dedication to ensure that every patient receives personalized, trustworthy, and top-quality care. I firmly believe that individualized attention and dedication are essential to improving your well-being.
